Our 45-Day Perfect-Fit Guarantee

We want you to love your Esme Shaper Tank. If you’re not happy with it, you can return it for a full refund within 45 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase handy. You must also have an unboxing video of the product, recorded when you first opened your parcel.

How to start a return

Email us at hey@esmebelmont.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with your return instructions and the return address by email.

Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. Parcels sent without a confirmed return can’t be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Items we can’t refund

Refunds are not available for sale, special discount, special offer or clearance items, gift cards, or items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

As we provide a complimentary replacement for sizing issues, refunds are generally not offered for incorrect sizing.

Refunds

We’ll email you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
